Look, I'm not a fan of repeating myself. The two links I provided explain my reasoning in these situations, I'm assuming you didn't even bother to look at the links.
The coordinates point to the solnichny factor, not the NWAF. [13117,6877,7] was your coordinates that were issued for the setpos command, if you were wondering what they were.
