Random movement of character after logging out

Hey guys, I logged off yesterday in a favourite spot, all was fine, until I logged back in today and found I had been moved 5k away from where I was.

So of course I run back to where I should have been, log off again to see if I can replicate the fault, and hay presto, moved again, 5k away from where I should have been but now in the opposite direction to where I was placed previously.

Any ideas why this would be case? Its damn annoying spending all youyr time moving somewhere risking being kiled just to have to do it again.

I've seen that glitch before... it's a problem with the server. It is, indeed, pretty damn annoying.

It's a problem with the hive... All the server does is send a write command to the hive and either it errors out or is successful, a couple days ago I saw a bunch of failed write requests.
