Flashlights and night vision do not work in regular night. The server would need to be specially modded to make it darker and then we'd be BROS MESA 24/7.

I think having daytime only makes us more old school.

I am afraid of the dark.

It is possible to enable day/night cycle with DX9. We have done it before.

I can't help but look when it's glowing. Besides, that could be a chick in that suit, for all I know.

Verrater, it's pretty cool how you made Rob's suit glow. You should make it brighter if possible, as it took me a few minutes to realize that those red lights were going on and off. Maybe you can add a glow effect around the lights or something?

And yeah Tioga, it's obvious that Verrater has customized Rob's signature for this forum.

Grjiun would still be able to use whatever view distance he's using now. PointGuard only wants to know if we should increase the maximum allowable view distance that clients are allowed to set their CVARs to.

And is there a setting to make gauss jeeps show up sooner?

Chachi asked if the game was just another fad like modern warfare 2, or if I thought it would be a long-lasting game. Of course, it's still too early to tell, but if they can manage to resolve the high ping issues and a few other annoying problems, (like not being able to view the scoreboard when dead) then I can see it becoming a very fun game to play.
