Thought I'd ask everyone how they felt about running two 40 slot servers rather than one 50 slot? It would be twice the amount of vehicles and 20% less players to stumble upon hiding spots during peak hours. And to the OSF DayZ fans, it would be 30 additional slots overall for the community. Not sure yet if Teabag's server can handle, but it's something to think about.

I bailed from two helicopters the other day. The first time was on accident and I hit some trees on the way down and was injured a bit. The second time was because of a hacker and I even survived that as well. At the very end of this video I caught a clip of us parachuting to the ground after our chopper was destroyed:

I realized after I had already taken off that it was my first time ever flying at night and with night vision...also first time landing in a ring of fire that I only landed in because of peer-pressure...not sure if anyone could tell at the time but I started to panic when it got so smokey that I couldn't see.

Here's the video that shows some of the close-call heli clips including the vehicles/tents we found, landing next to a hidden guy guarding his tent who killed Ripley but ultimately lost the 5v1, the guys who drove their V3S up to us and ran into the woods so Ripley could take it which was nice of them, and a hard landing/quick repair.

It's nice to see that you've taken interest. I think you're our first applicant since we've started playing DayZ and unfortunately for you and us, DayZ is unique in that we can't trust anyone we don't know. I'm sure that I'm speaking on behalf of most of us when I say that there's no way for us to know if you're actually just interested in jacking our vehicles and raiding our tents, especially because you haven't been invited to join by any member. Joining the group is likely going to be a slow process through DayZ as each of us slowly decide whether or not we trust you, but I look forward to hearing from you in the meantime.

I have to clear some space on my computer so I found 32 GB of a casual 1v1 I had last year so it's going to be the first thing to go. This is part 1 of 3 of a relaxed duel I had with PAFKO on March 20th, 2011. Gameplay features the random commentary of Aldo, Arborist, and Scout_Felix. I don't expect anyone to actually watch all the way through, but I'll post regardless for my own memoirs.

I don't mean to be a debbie downer, but when you factor in the +$200 case, how can you not justify the extra few bucks on a 680 for a gaming machine...or maybe even two?

The ghillie guy did get away, but we ended up getting four of them between the three of us and suffered no casualties, so I feel it was a success overall.
