I'm not in the market for a new PC, so I don't know much about what's available in terms of competition to those items, but that all looks pretty reasonable to me (except for maybe the case, but I'm sure you know that I've never spent money on a case before). 
And Windows 7 is available for $50 to beta testers.

I think that might mean you're running low on refrigerant. If the machine doesn't have an automatic shutoff if it runs too low, you can risk damage to the point of complete failure.
If it has been doing that for a long time, chances are that the refrigerant isn't leaking out. If this is the case, just crank up the fan speed to circulate more air through the cold coil. If this happens with the fan speed all the way up, you might have a clogged filter.
This is assuming home a/c units are the same as automotive units (which I'm sure they are).

Hey Rip, lookin' good! Is that a SyncMaster T220 that I see? That must be the most popular screen ever. My only complaint is the on/off switch (more like a sensor maybe?) that took me a half day to figure out how to work.
I also use a keyboard tray like you and I was worried that if I moved up to the G15, I wouldn't have enough room for my mouse unless I cranked the sensitivity all the way up. Do you ever find yourself running out of room to move the mouse in Crysis battles, or is there still plenty of room to spare?
Oh and one last thing: it's ok to leave the drugs and guns out next time, we won't criticize.
