Me and Rip are working on trying to find the Max range for the sniper rifles as well, SV98 seams to be 750~780 then the bullet vanishes, M98 goes further, tested upto 980~ so far

ha, i was just trying to snipe a guy at 1km with an sv98 the longest headshot i got was 717m, the guy i was sniping was using an m98b and it seemed that it couldn't go over 1km. We were on firestorm sniping from US mountain to RU mountain, ~1km, his bullets would disappear inches in front of me as i could see them in my scope, a tank finally killed me.

The longest headshot was probably done by a jet or tank while stat padding.

The weapon chart is disappointing. There should be more difference betweeen arms. The F2000 is overpowered if it does the same damage as the m14 etc... for example.
Should be trade offs in accuracy, fire rate, armor penetration etc. Why spend the time on great weapon descriptions like the caliber of bullets, fire rate, ammo capacity, only to have them do the same thing?
