if that is indeed 10, you can put the tag =nOSF= on your name, meaning you are on a trial membership, which lasts for an undisclosed amount of time (probably around 1 month.)

i feel like weve been through this before, and we had a day/night cycle, where the sun actually tracked, and shadows changed, and it made people lag like mo-fos. i do like night cycles, but not at the expense of gameplay

i also suggest that a persons vote be either a yes or a no.

having a conditional vote gets confusing. if a person is not quite ready to vote yes or no, they can state why, but not that a yes vote is coming, once the conditions are met, then the person can vote yes.

therefore, you can only vote yes, or no.

and also, we should have a time limit on applications, if an applicant has not received the required votes in x days (whatever, 10, 20, 30, etc) then the thread is closed and a person can reapply in y days (again, whatever)

opinions will differ, but if you got vote for a politician or something, you cant later go back and change it, i think it would just make things simpler if you only had one vote. make up your mind and vote, if your minds not made up, then dont vote yet. Thats another reason i think this thread should be closed and another one started in time when toga thinks he may have garnered more votes.

you either vote yes, or no, or you dont vote.

also, you should not make a conditional vote, i.e. i vote yes if X happens. you can say i would probably vote if x happened, but dont say, i vote yes if x.
