im not talking about pumba. If he´d apply he became all necessary votes. It´s the possible douchebag nobody knows good enough joining our platoon (which seems to happen quiet fast recently) and playing Fedor-like in the name of osf

Sorry but that is a clear no from me on this one. We all agreed on our voting system for applicants to join OSF and I remember quiet a few guys being really proud once they got enough votes. Being able to wear the OSF tags in any game is some kind of privilege as a return.
Thats why I find it unfair towards a core member when some random guy joins our friends-n-members BF4 platoon who gets the tags "for free". Also, I cannot see any link between populating our server and being part of a platoon or wearing tags.

...and who cares about boosting platoon statistics... maybe some esl guys

I also played some Arica Harbour again... sniping with neostead 2000... using the M1 garand... its still fun to play! Although you freakin cannot strafe while running forward

yes I read that, too. I changed it from 1500 to 1492 which according to the ping test reduced the paket loss to 0. I dont know yet if it helped for the game though. Sometimes I think yes and then again I get killed behind walls without even seeing the guy shooting. Its like 3 times worse than in BF3 sometimes.

I am sure everyone knows about the netcode issues in BF4. Since only DICE can fix that one thing you can do is change your connection´s MTU limit.

Unlocked that suav which does not last to long b/c the batteries (!!) are empty soon. The other portable tow or tv rocket (ucav?) is blowing up even quicker and takes forever to reload so use it wisely

Oh and that locker trick is really good to know.
Some other info: on Golmud Railway map there are hidden bombs spread all over the place which can be triggered by small blue boxes near them (search for cables leading towards them). Quiet usefull against any vehicle/infantry when you are out of ammo.
