Nvidia has better drivers/software and much better quality control.

You know, Nvidia and ATI only make the chip. Other companies like EVGA, BFG, Diamond, they design and make the actual card. So if you think about it, Nvidia is only a chip and software. Same goes for ATI, chip + software. What good is a company that only tried to live up to half the bargain? You get what you pay for. That's why my money will go to Nvidia, and always has for important things.

What about the people who use the Precision Rifle without a scope? Man I love that gun with no scope. It's like saying no SCAR's unless 10v10 players! 8O

Ban the sniper scope instead man. It's only legal.

SSD's are good. Just don't ever defrag it. Personally, I'd only need an SSD in a laptop or something. It would increase battery life for sure. But they also have a faster response time compared to magnetic hdds.

The GTX 275 is better than the ATI 5770 and 4890. For $230 you can buy a name brand card that performs well. Or just hold your horses for prices to drop.

I'd probably go for the GTX 275. Otherwise, I'd wait for the GTX 470.

ATI is good if you wish to be the quality control. I propose you should wait until fermi is released before you buy anything related to your video card.

Oh and warranty the 8800 Ultra and sell it. Or send the replacement to Evil or someone. Just don't throw it away if it's covered for lifetime.
