Antec Truepower New 750 watt. It was the same internals as PCP&C and Corsair but the Antec version also has 75% modular cables. It's only $109 and the best PSU I've ever tested. -

Water cooling is superior to air cooling in every way. I've been water cooling for 3+ years and if it wasn't better than air, I would have stopped long ago. I've upgraded many things and it's worth spending money on if you are serious and performance. It's comparable to putting a turbo on a car. However, if you have no experience with overclocking, you may want to try out performance air cooling to help you learn the basics of overclocking.
The Thermaltake CL-W0121 2U system is alright. However, I would not spend $150+ on it. Instead, you can build something better for $150. The Thermaltake is easier because it is everything but the water block and fits right into a 5.25" slot or two. But still, you'd spend $150 and still have to buy a $70 water block.

So you will save a lot of money and gain more performance. That radiator is a little more expensive than the budget size 120mm radiators, but it's much better in cooling effectiveness too. It is thicker than the stealth or swiftech's. You might need to buy some clamps or something.

The 470 performs between ATI's 5850 and 5870 and has been priced accordingly ($350). The 480 performs between the 5870 and 5970 and also is priced as such. The new Nvidia cards aren't in great supply, so it will probably be easier to pick up an ATI card.

Charts can be misleading and out of date mind you. Check the link I posted.
The GTX 470 performed in that area before it was released. Now the drivers and benches are newer. Also, the ATI 5970 card is a dual GPU solution that also has a high rate of DOA. While the GTX 470 and GTX 480 are single GPU's.

What are you looking to buy, or how much do you want to spend?
Fermi is released and the Nvidia GTX 470 costs about $350. Best bang for your dollar. The GTX 470 performs almost as good as the ATI 5970. I would assume the GTX 480 is faster than the GTX 470. It is logical to think the GTX 480 beats the ATI flagship 5970 now.

If you want people to have only a SCAR, you would need to change to TIA or IA and spawn people with only SCAR. Then load a never-ending map that has absolutely no pickups but SCAR ammo. Then would you be happy? Sounds bland to me.

I can make a very tiny suggestion about the timing on something though. After the sniper fires, the US guys falls down. Well, he stands there for just a split second before falling down. Also, was just wondering what it would look like if the time step was modified for that part too?
